By accessing or using the website at midlandepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or request services.
Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring and coating services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, concrete resurfacing, garage floor coatings, and related surface preparation and finishing services. All services are performed in Midland, TX and surrounding service areas. The scope of work for any specific project will be defined in a written estimate or agreement provided to the client prior to the start of work.
All estimates provided by Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on information available at the time of the site visit or inquiry. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Final pricing may change if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of the estimate - for example, if hidden damage, prior coatings, or unexpected moisture conditions are discovered during surface preparation. Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to you and require your written or verbal approval before additional work proceeds.
We do not proceed with work beyond the agreed scope without client authorization.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our crew schedule and serve other clients.
Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing reserves the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions - particularly high winds, dust storms, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures - that would prevent safe or quality work. We will contact you promptly if a reschedule is needed due to weather.
If you cancel a scheduled project with less than 48 hours notice after work preparations have begun (such as materials ordered or equipment staged), Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee to cover direct costs incurred.
Payment terms for each project will be stated in the written estimate or agreement. Residential projects typically require full payment upon completion of the work. Larger commercial projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion, as outlined in the project agreement.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.
Prior to the start of work, the client is responsible for:
Failure to clear the work area or disclose known conditions may delay the project and could affect the final result. Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is not liable for outcomes caused by conditions the client failed to disclose.
Midland Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing stands behind our work. If you experience a defect in workmanship - such as peeling, bubbling, or delamination that is not caused by improper use or client-side conditions - contact us within the warranty period stated in your project agreement and we will address it.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
